Alex Liu
Teaching Professional

Alex is currently in the PGA Apprentice Program and a graduate of the Professional Golfers Career College. He also holds a bachelor's degree in management and certificates from the U.S. Golf Teachers Federation and the Golfsmith Master Craftsman School. Alex is experienced in club-fitting and repair, as well as club-making. While teaching at Alhambra, Alex is a Junior Golf Program instructor, and conducts the Group Lesson classes.

As his main focus in teaching, Alex's goal is for the golfer to "enjoy the game." His teaching style incorporates practicing on the driving range as well as playing on the golf course itself. "I want every golfer to feel the difference between both worlds, and to appreciate them."

Alex is available for lessons mornings and nights daily. He can schedule an on-course playing lesson, as well as group instruction. And as an added benefit, Alex can instruct in three languages - English, Chinese and Spanish.
